Aplica métodos y técnicas de investigación para las ciencias sociales, a partir de investigaciones sobre casos emblemáticos de decisiones con impacto público Elabora reportes de investigación en la que presenta hechos objetivos sobre casos de estudio, plantea hipótesis con base en la interpretación de los hechos, verifica hipótesis y desarrolla una síntesis con los resultados principales. Demuestra una actitud crítica frente a las fuentes de información y honestidad intelectual, así como responsabilidad por el aprendizaje al elaborar reportes de investigación.
