Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios:

Este curso de nivel intermedio contribuye al desarrollo de competencias interculturales y a la formación de una visión global en el estudiante del Diploma Internacional. Este curso no requiere conocimiento o experiencia previa.

Como resultado del aprendizaje, el estudiante desarrollará un proyecto específico vinculado a los objetivos de formación de este curso dentro del Diploma Internacional.

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación:

Al terminar la unidad de formación el alumno será capaz de:

- Resolver conflictos y conciliar intereses en ambientes interculturales.

- Lograr acuerdos que satisfagan las necesidades y expectativas de los participantes en el proceso de negociación.

- Desarrollar relaciones de negocios internacionales a largo plazo en entornos interculturales.

Course intention within the general study plan context:

This intermediate level course contributes to the development of intercultural competences and the formation of a global vision of the International Diploma students. This course does not require prior knowledge or experience.

As a learning outcome, the student will develop a specific project linked to the training objectives of this course within International Diploma.

Course objective:

At the end of the course, the student will be able to:

- Resolve conflicts and reconcile interests in intercultural environments.

- Reach agreements that satisfy the needs and expectations of the participants in the negotiation process.

- Develop long-term international business relationships in intercultural settings.
