Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios: |

Este es un curso de nivel avanzado que tiene la intención de proveer al alumno una visión moderna de liderazgo orientada a la gestión del capital humano. Con el fin de promover en los estudiantes una conciencia clara de la importancia del aprendizaje organizacional y la administración del conocimiento. Se requieren conocimientos básicos de las áreas funcionales de administración de negocios. Como resultado del aprendizaje se espera que el alumno elabore un proyecto integrador final donde utilice diversas herramientas que gestionan el capital humano y promueven la innovación y el aprendizaje en sus tres niveles: individual, en equipos y organizacional. |

El alumno será capaz de liderar y gestionar el capital humano; seleccionar las herramientas adecuadas para facilitar el aprendizaje y tutorar individuos y equipos orientados a la gestión y creación del conocimiento; aplicar habilidades de comunicación efectiva; articular un modelo estratégico para construir una organización que aprende. | |||||

Course intention within the general study plan context: |

This advanced course seeks to provide students with a modern vision of leadership in relation to human capital management and to make them clearly aware of the importance of organizational learning and knowledge management. Prerequisite: A basic knowledge of the functional areas of business administration. Learning outcome: Students will complete a capstone project using diverse human capital management tools and that promotes innovation and learning at all three levels: individual, team and organizational. |
