Este curso es de nivel avanzado en el área de conocimiento de la administración que tiene la intención de crear conciencia de la importancia de los aspectos culturales en los negocios internacionales. Requiere de conocimientos previos de administración y capital humano. Como resultado del aprendizaje se espera que el alumno resuelva casos acerca de las situaciones que enfrentan los negocios en contextos multiculturales. |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

| El alumno será capaz de identificar y describir los problemas típicos a los que se enfrentan los administradores en contextos multiculturales, respecto a la comunicación, la administración de los recursos humanos y la ética, para que pueda administrar, facilitar y participar en grupos de trabajos y proyectos interculturales. | |||||

An advanced course in knowledge area of administration. This course requires previous knowledge of management and human capital. A learning outcome for the student is to develop a project on the typical issues the managers face in multicultural environments, especially in regards to communication, human resources management and ethics. |
