Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios: |

|
Curso de laboratorio de nivel introductorio en el cual se pretende que el alumno adquiera habilidades técnicas suficientes en el uso de equipo de audio para diversos productos. No requiere conocimientos previos. A lo largo del semestre, el alumno desarrollará prácticas breves en las que demuestre destreza técnica. Como resultado de aprendizaje el alumno realizará una producción de video en la que aplique las habilidades adquiridas durante el taller. |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

| Al finalizar el curso el alumno será capaz de entender la aplicación práctica de los conceptos de narrativa audiovisual, del lenguaje audiovisual y del guionismo de ficción y documental a través de la realización de proyectos de audio, video, cine y televisión, desarrollados en equipo, a través del uso de tecnologías digitales de registro y de edición de imagen y sonido, cuyo objetivo sea la difusión de información sobre problemáticas sociales, organizacionales y/o culturales. | |||||

Course intention within the general study plan context: |

|
This introductory course takes a theoretical and a pragmatic approach to the application of audiovisual language and narrative concepts in order to design and produce audio, video, film, and television projects. The goals of these fiction and non-fiction media projects are to inform about social, organizational and/or cultural issues or to entertain, and are produced working in teams and using digital recording and editing technologies. The purpose of this course is to apply the basic elements of audiovisual language and the principles of narrative theory to the design and the production of media projects in audio, video, film, and television. Students will work on audiovisual narrative solutions in fiction and non-fiction audio and video media projects and will explore their personal strengths in various media technologies, their abilities to work in teams, and to develop individual roles within the production process. |

| Upon completion of this course, students will understand the practical application of the concepts of audiovisual narrative, audiovisual language and will be able to produce fictional and documentary scripts by completing audio, video, film and television projects in teams through the use of digital recording and editing technologies of image and sound with the objective of disseminating information on social, organizational and/or cultural issues. | |||||
