Course intention within the general study plan context: |

It is a basic level course that is intended for the student to develop socio-emotional skills for this/her training as a leader who transforms their environment, through theoretical, practical / experiential tools, which will allow them to integrate these skills for life. The student acquires theoretical knowledge about the types of leadership, social skills for leaders and their application. Requires knowledge and basic communication skills. As a learning outcome, the student generates results and commitments in the groups where he participates, through collaborative work, decision-making and the generation of value in the immediate context, based on the principles and advantages of integrative negotiation. The student applies the latter to the management of conflicts that arise in teamwork; shows commitment to decision-making and value generation; and frequently resorts to the teacher's help to resolve conflicts. |

Course objective: |

At the end of the course, the student will be able to: - Acquire socio-emotional skills for his/her training as a leader who transforms your environment, through theoretical, practical / experiential tools, which will allow you to integrate these skills for life. - Generate results and commitments in the groups where he/she participates, through collaborative work, decision-making and value generation, in the immediate context, based on the principles and advantages of integrative negotiation. - Apply the basic principles and advantages of integrative negotiation to the management of conflicts that arise in teamwork; expressing its commitment to decision-making and the generation of value; and frequently resort to the teacher's help to resolve conflicts. |
