Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios: |

|
Es un curso de nivel intermedio orientado a que los estudiantes comprendan cabalmente toda la legislación y los tratados internacionales existentes en materia de la comunicación, propiedad intelectual y derechos de autor tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, el dinamismo de este tema y la importancia que tiene el legislar sobre temas que aún no han sido comprendidos dentro del marco jurídico nacional. No requiere conocimientos previos. Como resultado del aprendizaje el estudiante propondrá en un trabajo final por equipos una reforma legal estructurada en la que mencione específicamente un problema que no ha sido resuelto jurídicamente en el área de la comunicación, la forma de resolverlo y los beneficios que traería esta reforma en su quehacer como licenciado en comunicación (análisis, investigación, problemática y solución jurídica al mismo). |

| Características y estructura del ordenamiento jurídico que rige nuestra sociedad, determinando la evaluación y aplicación de las normas jurídicas como lo son: derechos de autor, libertad de imprenta, prensa, radio, cinematografía, televisión y comunicación vía satélite, a fin de que el alumno se encuentre preparado para el desarrollo y aplicación en su carrera. | |||||

Course intention within the general study plan context: |

It is an intermediate level course oriented so that the students can exactly understand all the legislation and international treaties existing in communication, intellectual property and copyright matter, in the international as well as national level, the dynamism of this topic and the importance that legislation has on topics yet no covered or understood within the national juridical framework. Does not require previous knowledge. AS learning result it is expected that the student proposes a final work for teams in legal structures reform in which a problem that has not yet been solved in a juridical way in the communication area is specifically mentioned, the way to solve it and the benefits that this reform brings in his task as Bachelor in Communication (analysis, investigation, problematic, and juridical solutions of the same). |
