Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios:  

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación:  
Introducir al alumno en el ámbito del derecho mercantil, mediante el estudio de su evolución y de sus fuentes, el estudio de los actos de comercio y del comerciante individual, de sus auxiliares y representantes. Estudiar la constitución, la organización y el funcionamiento de los distintos tipos de sociedades mercantiles a través del análisis de la siguiente temática: contrato de sociedad mercantil; efectos del contrato de sociedad; incumplimiento de los requisitos del contrato de sociedad; sociedad en nombre colectivo; sociedad en comandita (simple y por acciones); sociedad de responsabilidad limitada; sociedad de responsabilidad limitada de interés público; sociedad cooperativa; sociedad anónima y asociación en participación.

Course intention within the general study plan context:  

Course objective:  
The student will be introduced to the mercantile law environment through the study of its evolution and sources, the study of acts of commerce and the individual trader, its representatives and auxiliary people. Familiarization with the Constitution, its organization and the functioning of business corporations through the analysis of the following themes. Contract of business corporations, effects of the corporation contract, breach of the corporation contract, copartnership, joint stock company (simple and by stock), limited partnership, limited partnership of public interest, cooperative society, incorporated company, and joint participation.
