Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios:  

Es un curso de nivel Intermedio dentro del campo del estudio del Derecho Administrativo, cuando el estudiante arriba a esta materia se considera que domina los conocimientos fundamentales del área de derecho privado y público tales como fundamento de la norma, ubicación de la rama en el contexto general del derecho, conocimiento de las diferentes relaciones que se originan en el campo del derecho así como los fundamentos y principios constitucionales. Al finalizar este curso el estudiante comprenderá y conocerá la teoría general del Derecho Administrativo.

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación:  
Que el alumno conozca y comprenda: el concepto de derecho administrativo, los elementos para integrar la noción de derecho administrativo, otros criterios propuestos para caracterizar la función administrativa y distinguirla de la jurisdiccional, el concepto de derecho administrativo, la función legislativa, la función jurisdiccional, las funciones en la Constitución Mexicana, las relaciones del derecho administrativo, las fuentes del derecho administrativo, el reglamento como fuente de derecho administrativo, otras fuentes del derecho administrativo, la administración pública y el problema de la personalidad del estado, los órganos de la administración, la función pública, los funcionarios de hecho, las formas de la organización administrativa, la organización centralizada en México, la descentralización administrativa, la descentralización territorial o por región, y la descentralización por servicio.

Course intention within the general study plan context:  

It is an intermediate level course within the Administrative law studyfield, when the student arrives to this course it is considered that he dominates the fundamental knowledge on the private and public areas such as the norm fundaments, localization of the field in the general law context, knowledge of the different relations that originate in the law field as well as the constitutional fundaments and principles. Once the course is finished the student will understand and know the general Administrative Law theory.

Course objective:  
That the student know and comprehend: the administrative law concept, the elements that conform the administrative law, other criteria proposed to characterize the administrative functions and distinguish from the judicial functions, the legislative function, the jurisdictional function, the functions established by the Mexican Constitution, the relations and sources of the administrative law. Regulations as a source from the administrative law, other sources of the administrative law, the public administration and the state’s personality problem, the public administration entities, fact public officials, the México’s public centralized administration, the administrative decentralization, the decentralization by territory or regions, and the decentralization by services.
