Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios:  

Curso de nivel básico dentro del campo del derecho orientado a que el alumno analice el marco constitucional del Estado mexicano. Al terminar el curso, conocerá las estructuras fundamentales de la organización político-social del Estado a través de la Constitución. Requiere conocimientos previos sobre conceptos y teoría general del derecho. Como resultado de aprendizaje, el alumno elaborará trabajos que incorporen aspectos del marco constitucional mexicano.

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación:  

Al finalizar este curso, el alumno será capaz de: 1. Conocer la estructura constitucional del Estado nacional al que pertenece, para que comprenda los fundamentos de su organización política y social. 2 Desarrollar el sentido de sus deberes sociales, políticos y la dimensión real para su participación efectiva en la construcción de los esquemas de la convivencia pacífica. 3. Podrá consolidar las habilidades necesarias para el ejercicio eficaz de la profesión jurídica y las actitudes que procuren el planteamiento ético de las controversias en que participe.

Course intention within the general study plan context:  

Basic law course focusing on the analysis of the constitutional framework of the Mexican State. Upon completion of this course, students will be familiar with the fundamental structures of the political and social organization of the State through the Constitution. This course requires prior knowledge of the general concepts and theory of law. As a learning outcome students will complete assignments that incorporate aspects of Mexico's constitutional framework.

Course objective:  

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to comprehend the constitutional structure of the nation to which they belong, in order to understand the basic theory behind its social and political organization; develop a sense of their social and political duty and the real dimension for their effective participation in the construction of philosophies for peaceful coexistence. Moreover, students will be able to gain the necessary skills for the effective practice of the legal profession and the attitudes which will produce an ethical perspective of the controversies in which they will participate.
