Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación:  

En la unidad de formación el alumno:

- Analiza las estructuras fundamentales de la organización político-social del Estado, a través de la Constitución.

- Analiza el origen, evolución y significado actual del concepto de Constitución, identificando las funciones que ésta asume en el contexto del Estado Social y Democrático de Derecho.

- Analiza la evolución de la interpretación como institución esencial de la ciencia jurídica, destacando la naturaleza, concepto y características de la interpretación constitucional. 

- Identifica los derechos humanos tutelados por la Constitución y establece los escenarios posibles para la reparación del derecho humano vulnerado, cuando exista presunción fundada.

- Aplica las diferentes teorías del Derecho, así como los conceptos jurídicos fundamentales, en casos o problemas jurídicos concretos, tutelando derechos humanos.

- Analiza y compara las formas de estado y los sistemas de gobierno, particularizando en el Estado Federal y el modelo mexicano de distribución de competencias.

Course objective:  

In the training unit, the student:

- Analyzes the fundamental structures of the political-social organization of the State, through the Constitution.

- Analyzes the origin, evolution and current meaning of the concept of Constitution, identifying the functions that it assumes in the context of the Social and Democratic State of Law.

- Analyzes the evolution of interpretation as an essential institution of legal science, highlighting the nature, concept and characteristics of constitutional interpretation.

- Identifies the human rights protected by the Constitution and establishes the possible scenarios for the reparation of the violated human right, when there is a well-founded presumption.

- Applies the different theories of Law, as well as the fundamental legal concepts, in specific legal cases or problems, protecting human rights.

- Analyzes and compares the forms of state and government systems, particularizing in the Federal State and the Mexican model of distribution of powers..
