Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios: |

Se espera que el estudiante, partiendo del conocimiento de los sistemas legales internacionales, elabore contratos internacionales de aplicación mundial. En este curso el alumno aprende las bases para el establecimiento de contratos entre empresas establecidas en diferentes países. De este curso se espera que el alumno pueda identificar las partes que componen un contrato internacional. |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

| Al finalizar este curso el alumno tendrá información teórico práctico de los aspectos fundamentales para la elaboración y establecimiento de contratos entre empresas internacionales y las leyes, convenios y convenciones que los regulan. El alumno podrá concebir contratos que regulen los diferentes aspectos de los mercados internacionales entre empresas. | |||||

It is considered that the student, parting from the international legal systems, elaborated international contracts with international application. In this course the student will know the bases for the establishment of contracts between the businesses established in the different countries. It is expected that the student can develop from this course the parts that make up an international contract. |

| This course covers theoretical-practical aspects of fundamental concepts for making and establishing contracts between international companies supported on the laws, agreements, and conventions related to international business. The student develops skills to conceive contracts to rule the interaction between companies in the international markets. | |||||
