Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios:  

Curso de nivel intermedio que introduce al alumno al análisis del concepto del derecho administrativo y los principales criterios propuestos para caracterizar a la función administrativa mediante técnicas analítica - deductivas. Requiere conocimientos previos de derecho privado y público tales como el fundamento de la Norma, ubicación de rama en el contexto general del derecho, conocimiento de las diferentes relaciones que se originan en el campo del derecho así como los fundamentos y principios Constitucionales. Como resultado de aprendizaje el alumno elaborará proyectos en los que aplicará conocimientos adquiridos sobre derecho administrativo.

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación:  

Al finalizar este curso el alumno será capaz de conocerá y comprenderá: el concepto de derecho administrativo, los elementos para integrar la noción de derecho administrativo, otros criterios propuestos para caracterizar la función administrativa, el concepto de derecho administrativo, la función legislativa, la función jurisdiccional, las funciones en la Constitución Mexicana, las relaciones del derecho administrativo, las fuentes del derecho administrativo, el reglamento como fuente de derecho administrativo, otras fuentes del derecho administrativo, la administración pública y el problema de la personalidad del estado, los órganos de la administración, la función pública, las formas de la organización administrativa, la Teoría del Acto Administrativo y las Características, tipos y derechos que surgen del Procedimiento Administrativo.

Course intention within the general study plan context:  

Intermediate course of study in the field of administrative law. The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the concept of administrative law and the principal criteria proposed to characterize the administrative function, using analytical-deductive techniques. The course requires previous knowledge of private and public law, such as the basis for each law, location in terms of branch in the general legal context and knowledge of relationships originating in the field of law as well as constitutional fundamentals and principles. The learning outcome of this course is for students to prepare projects that apply their acquired knowledge of administrative law.

Course objective:  

Upon completion of this course, students will be familiar with and able to understand the concept of administrative law; the elements for integrating the notion of administrative law; other criteria proposed for characterizing administrative function; the concept of administrative law; legislative function; the functions of the Mexican Constitution; administrative law relationships; sources of administrative law; regulations as a source of administrative law; other sources of administrative law; public administration and the problem of the state's legal status; the administrative agencies; public function; the forms of administrative organization; Theory of Administrative Action, and the characteristics, types and rights that emerge from Administrative Procedure.
