Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios:

Curso de nivel avanzado en el área de derecho y finanzas. Al terminar el curso el alumno manejará las normas legales sobre temas fundamentales relacionados con la actividad hacendaria del Estado. Se requieren conocimientos previos de derecho constitucional, derecho civil y derecho administrativo. Como resultado de aprendizaje el alumno dominará los aspectos fundamentales del derecho financiero público.

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación:

Al finalizar este curso el alumno comprenderá los conceptos fundamentales que integran al Derecho Financiero Público; adquirirá las habilidades necesarias para interpretar las normas jurídicas que contienen las obligaciones y derechos de las personas frente a las autoridades fiscales; conocerá la estructura, organización y funcionamiento de la Hacienda Pública; identificará las tareas de fiscalización que ejercen las autoridades hacendarias, así como de los hechos que configuran las infracciones fiscales y los casos y grados de responsabilidad.

Course intention within the general study plan context:

The purpose of this advanced law and finance course is for students to learn to use legal norms related to fundamental themes of taxation by the State. The course requires previous knowledge of constitutional, civil and administrative law. The learning outcome of this course is for students to master the fundamentals of public finance law.

Course objective:

Upon completion of this course, students will understand the fundamental concepts of Public Finance Law; have acquired the necessary skills to interpret the legislation that contains the obligations and rights of individuals before the tax authorities; know the structure, organization and functioning of the Internal Revenue; identify the inspection tasks conducted by the tax authorities and the events that constitute tax offences and the cases and degrees of responsibility.
