En este curso, el estudiante aprende sobre los fundamentos económicos que sustentan las relaciones comerciales entre los distintos países del mundo, abarcando, tanto la parte real, como la monetaria, de la teoría económica del comercio internacional. |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

| Al finalizar este curso, el estudiante será capaz de entender las bases económicas que fundamentan las relaciones comerciales en el mundo y su evolución. Para ello, se consideran, principalmente, los siguientes contenidos: El modelo clásico y neoclásico del comercio internacional; aspectos de distribución y bienestar del comercio; pruebas empíricas de las teorías y teorías alternativas del comercio; las barreras arancelarias y no arancelarias; los argumentos en favor del comercio restringido; los impactos del comercio en crecimiento económico y desarrollo; la integración y algunos esfuerzos de integración en movimiento; el mercado monetario y la balanza de pagos. | |||||

|
In this course the student will learn about the economic fundaments that sustain the commercial relations among the different countries of the world, taking into account the real aspect as well as the monetary aspect of the international trade economic theory. |

Course objective: |

| By the end of this course, students will be able to understand the economic basis of global business relationships and their evolution. The main course content is: classical and neoclassical models for international trade; concepts of business distribution and welfare; empirical tests of trade theories and alternative theories; tariff and non-tariff barriers; arguments in favor of trade restrictions; the impact of trade on economic growth and development; integration and some ongoing integration efforts; the money market; and the balance of payments. | |||||
