Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios: |

|
Es un curso de posgrado cuya intención es que el estudiante adquiera habilidades para el manejo o desarrollo de herramientas complementarias que le ayuden a desarrollar de mejor manera su trabajo de investigación y la publicación de sus resultados, tales como: metodología de la investigación; análisis estadístico; redacción de artículos científicos; manejo de software especializado de análisis estadístico y bases de datos; técnicas instrumentales y de bioseguridad, entre otros. Se enfatizará la selección de la mejor herramienta, que facilite su investigación o su desarrollo profesional. Requiere conocimientos de metodología de investigación. Como resultado del aprendizaje, el alumno elaborará bitácoras de sus actividades prácticas y su aplicación en el diseño y desarrollo de su investigación doctoral. |

Course intention within the general study plan context: |

|
It is a graduate course intended to allow the students to acquire skills, as a user or a developer, on complementary research tools to help them better develop their research work. amomg others: research methodology; statistical analysis; scientific writing; specialized software for statistical analysis and databases; instrumental techniques and biosafety techniques. The approach to the problem to be solved and the selection of the best tool, suitable to facilitate their research or professional development is emphasized. As a learning outcome, the students are expected to report their learning and efficient use of these tools. |
