Este es un curso de inglés que tiene la intención de que los estudiantes desarrolle la habilidad de escritura sobre temas de interés general y global a nivel B1+. Este curso requiere de conocimientos de la lengua inglesa a nivel pre-intermedio. Como resultados de aprendizaje los alumnos podrán escribir diversos tipos de documentos a nivel Intermedio o B1+ del MCER. |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

|
Al finalizar el curso el alumno será capaz de: - Escribir textos claros y detallados sobre una variedad de temas relacionados con su especialidad, sintetizando y evaluando información y argumentos procedentes de varias fuentes. - Defender un punto de vista sobre temas generales indicando los pros y los contras de las distintas opciones. - Presentar descripciones claras y detalladas de una amplia serie de temas relacionados con su especialidad. - Explicar un punto de vista sobre temas exponiendo las ventajas y los inconvenientes de varias opciones. - Escribir descripciones claras y detalladas sobre una variedad de temas relacionados con su especialidad. - Escribir una reseña de una película, de un libro o de una obra de teatro. El alumno podrá demostrar un B1+ en el examen de escritura al final del curso |

Course intention within the general study plan context: |

|
This is an English course that has the intention to help the students develop writing skills about general topics and those of global interest at a B1+ level. This course requires previous knowledge of the language at a pre intemediate level. As learning outcomes, the studens will be able to write documents at a B1+ level of the CEFR. |

Course objective: |

|
At the end of the course, the student will be able to : Write detailed and clear texts about a varied topics of his/her specialty, synthesizing and evaluating information, and giving arguments that come from different sources.
The student will be able to demonstrate a B1+ in the writing exam at the end of the course. |
