Este es un curso en el que los alumnos se prepararán para presentar el examen de certificación internacional CAPM (Certified Asociate Project Management) en el contexto de la metodología de gestión de proyectos marcada por el estandar PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledges). |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

|
El alumno al finalizar el curso conocera el proceso de certificación internacional CAPM, así como los contenidos del examen de certificación. Al finalizar el curso el alumno comprenderá y entenderá las técnicas y herramientas de administración de proyectos indicadas por la metodología del Project Management Institute (PMI) con un enfoque sistémico, para planear, ejecutar, controlar y cerrar proyectos en el tiempo establecido, con un uso eficiente de los recursos y a un mínimo costo y cumpliendo con los requisitos de calidad especificados. |

Within this course, students will be prepared to have a test to become a Certified Asociate Project Manager, an international certification offered by PMI (Project Management Institute) based upon PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) standard for a Project Management Methodology. |

At the end of the course the student will know the process to get an international certification as Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) , as well as the contents of the certification examination. When finalizing the course the student will understand the techniques and tools for Project Management according with the methodology of Project Management Institute (PMI) with a sistematic approach, in order to start, development, controlling and closing projects in time, cost, scope and quality. |
