Fundamental aspects of momentum, heat and mass transport. Set up of microscopic balances and application of the general fundamental balance equations. Derivation of governing equations and boundary conditions to obtain velocity, temperature and concentration profiles as well as other related quantities such as shear stresses, heat and mass fluxes. | |||||
