|
El estudiante de este curso explorará las posibilidades narrativas de algunos géneros periodísticos en los que se combine la veracidad de la información con la estética del lenguaje, aplicándolas a su propia escritura. Analizará a los más destacados periodistas que se han aproximado a la literatura con sus crónicas, reportajes y entrevistas de semblanza. Como resultado del aprendizaje, el alumno será capaz de realizar un proyecto de investigación periodística que incorpore recursos literarios. Este curso requiere de conocimientos periodísticos previos. |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

| El estudiante transitará entre la práctica del periodismo y el ejercicio literario, examinando las técnicas narrativas que permitan contar eficazmente una historia. Analizará las posibilidades literarias en géneros periodísticos tales como la entrevista de semblanza, la crónica y el reportaje, identificando sus recursos técnicos y estilísticos. Conocerá a aquellos autores que transformaron el oficio periodístico al emplear en su escritura técnicas narrativas propias de la ficción. Examinará el nuevo periodismo también conocido como periodismo literario o periodismo narrativo. El alumno elaborará un proyecto periodístico de investigación cuya profundidad le permita experimentar con su propio estilo, explorando de manera práctica las posibilidades de creación literaria basadas en la información de la realidad. | |||||

|
Throughout this course the student will explore the narrative possibilities of several journalistic genres that combine the veracity of information with the aesthetics of language, applying them to his own writing. He will study the most distinguished journalists who have embraced the literature in their interviews, chronicles, and reports. As a learning outcome, the student will produce an investigative journalism project that incorporates literary resources. This course does not require previous journalistic knowledge. |

| The student will transit between journalistic and literary speech in order to examine the narrative techniques that allow for the effective telling of a story. The student will analyze the possibilities and limitations of the literary in the production of journalistic speeches such as the interview, the chronicle, the investigative report, identifying its technical and stylistic strategies. The student will study the work of journalists who transformed their craft employing literary devices used in fiction. He will review the main characteristics of New Journalism or Narrative Journalism. The student will produce an investigative journalism project that incorporates literary resources, experimenting with his own style, while exploring the possibilities of literary creation based on real-life information. | |||||
