Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios: |

|
En este curso de nivel básico se presentan técnicas básicas de creatividad y se definen los elementos del modelo de innovación. El taller está basado en una serie combinada de ejercicios de creatividad y de construcción de modelos físicos para revolver problemas prácticos. No tiene requisitos. Como resultado de aprendizaje el alumno analiza y sintetiza expresiones creativas para aplicarlas en la innovación de productos, procesos y servicios. |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

| Al finalizar éste taller el alumno será capaz de generar soluciones creativas a problemas prácticos, considerando los primeros dos elementos básicos de un desarrollo innovador: una idea creativa para un diseño deseable y prototipos atractivos para validar la factibilidad técnica de la idea. Aplicará de manera consistente el pensamiento de diseño (design thinking) y la visualización de ideas y diseños. | |||||

Course intention within the general study plan context: |

|
In this course the student will be introduced to the basic creativity techniques and will recognize the principal features of the innovation model. The workshop combines creativity and model-building exercises for solving practical problems. No prior knowledge is required. Learning outcome: Students will analyze and synthetize creative expressions through product, process and service innovation. |

Course objective: |

| By the end of this workshop the student will be able to generate creative solutions for practical problems, taking into consideration two basic elements of an innovative development: a creative idea for a desirable design, and an attractive prototype to validate its feasibility. The student will consistently apply design thinking and the visualization of ideas and designs. | |||||
