Intención del curso en el contexto general del plan de estudios: |

|
En este curso se tiene la intención de que el alumno conozca su cuerpo, los órganos que conforman su anatomía, fisiología y las principales enfermedades que los afectan. Deberá reconocer, además, el impacto que tiene el contexto en el cual vive con el estado de su salud y esperanza de vida.
Como producto de aprendizaje de este curso se espera que los alumnos realicen, de manera interdisciplinaria, el proyecto de grupo cuatro. |

Objetivo general de la Unidad de Formación: |

| Al finalizar este curso el alumno será capaz de: Mostrar aprecio y respeto por la vida mediante el conocimiento de los fenómenos fisiológicos del organismo humano, los aspectos que lo dañan y los que potencialmente pueden llevarlo a una muerte prematura. Aplicar las destrezas necesarias orientadas a la conservación de su salud física y su salud psico -social. Valorar la práctica de hábitos que disminuyen los riesgos de contraer enfermedades y ser víctima de adicciones. Analizar, evaluar y sintetizar la información científica relevante. | |||||

Course intention within the general study plan context: |

|
The aim of this course is for the students to understand the human body, the organs which make up its anatomy and physiology, and the principal diseases of the organs. In addition, students will be able to recognize the impact that their context has on their health and life expectancy. Learning outcome: students will produce the interdisciplinary group four project. |

| Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: show appreciation and respect for life through the knowledge of the human body's physiological phenomena, and of aspects that could harm it and potentially lead to a premature death. Apply skills necessary for the conservation of their physical and psychosocial health. Value habits which reduce the risk of contracting disease and of becoming a victim of addiction. Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize relevant scientific information. | |||||
