Analizar los diversos factores internos que afectan y motivan las políticas externas dentro de las sociedades, tales como el nivel de desarrollo económico o el tipo de gobierno, evaluando el impacto del medio ambiente internacional externo en las relaciones domésticas y en las políticas dentro de los estados.
